During the first two phases, players were limited to four-hour workdays; now its six. They can only wear helmets and no live contact drills are allowed. But they can do 7-on-7, 9-on-7 and 11-on-11 drills. Every NFL team can have up to 10 voluntary OTA sessions over the next three weeks. An athletic player who bends well and has good size ( 64, 259 lbs ), Gayle was expected to be a middle-round selection in this years draft. According to a post on his Twitter , Gayle went undrafted due to a torn labrum in his shoulder that he played with all year.
